上升 is LCSO’s continuum of care initiative, created to serve citizens being released from the 利县 拘留所, Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. 上升 is a one-stop resource center with case man年龄rs focused on serving returning citizens.
